Payment FAQ's
Our payments are processed using Stripe who are a well known payment processor with top class security. We also use Stripes Fraud Prevention and Risk assessment feature so fraudsters be aware. As well as this, to protect our properties and our residents/neighbours, we will ask you to verify your ID on a secure link. This is purely for security and keeping fraudsters away so we hope you understand.
As an ICO registered company, we only store customer data in a lawful and fair manner.
All our properties are subject to a “Security Deposit” which covers us in case of damage or theft at our properties. This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day. Unfortunately the deposit can take a few days to be returned, the timeframe depends on Stripe (our payment processor) and your Bank or Credit Card Provider.
