How do I book?
Booking is completed on our branded Uplisting site, which manages availability, dynamic rates and confirmations. If online search is unavailable, contact us with your dates and guest count.
Can I arrange a longer or business stay?
Yes. Weekly, monthly, corporate and contractor discounts are available. Ask the team for a quote for your dates; eligibility and terms are confirmed before booking.
Is there an NHS offer?
There is a 20% offer for NHS professionals and visitors to University Hospital Southampton. Contact us to confirm eligibility and how to book.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in uses a lockbox. Your apartment-specific instructions and a point of contact are shared before arrival. Exact arrival and departure times are in your booking confirmation.
Can I check in early or leave later?
Please request this in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are usually free where feasible, subject to notice and housekeeping availability, but are not guaranteed.
Are rates fixed?
No. Prices depend on your dates and are supplied by Uplisting. Review the total price, any fees, deposit requirements and cancellation terms before confirming.
