How do I check-in?

We have implemented a seamless check-in system using lockboxes which means, you can now check-in and out with ease.

But what if I need assistance checking-in or during my stay?

Of course if you need any assistance during your stay, you will also be provided with a point of contact who will help you with anything.

What If I Need To Check-in Early or Check-Out Late?

We offer early check-in’s and late check-out’s free of charge as long as enough notice is given and our cleaners can work around it.
