Under no circumstances may there be any parties or gatherings. If there is excess noise or any reports of it, you may be asked to leave without any refund. These rules will be outlined on the T&C’s you sign before your stay.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside any of our properties however, if there is a balcony or outdoor section you are free to smoke there given that it is disposed of correctly. Any complaints or odour of smoke/smoking will result in a deduction of your deposit.

We ask that you use electricity, water and gas in a thoughtful manner.
